Hangover? Have you tried these two options?
1) Drinking more
2) Jumping off the middle tower of the Marriott-Wardman Park, or the Omni
No go? Ok, here are some alternatives:
Jokes aside, hangovers can leave you with that special “kicked to the curb” feeling, and you want to feel better FAST! There is an off-chance that you can get most of these at the CVS across from the Marriott-Wardman Park, just down from the subway & next to McD’s, IICR. Aspirin, ginseng & goldenseal, passionflower, Tabasco & peppermint tea, “5-hour Energy“. Take all of them if you can find them. I recommend staying away from “energy drinks” such as Red Bull. Homeopathic remedies:“nux vomica“ 6c or 30c potency. Bach’s Rescue Remedy is worth having for hangover AND for your flight home, so if you can find it, get it. Foods: choose moist & cool foods, staying away from the rich & fatty, sweet, white floury ones until your head is clear and you feel normal again. Here’s a no-brainer—> drink water, carrying a water bottle with you at all times – this too will help minimize the anticipated jet lag. Bonus!
Since everyone’s going to be heading home soon, I don’t suggest loading up on weight-adding bottles of B-vitamins, vitamin C, on & on, so wing it with what’s easy to find.
